In airline operations, visibility of baggage and cargo movement is critical not only for speed but also for accuracy. This project focused on real-time traceability across operations using a barcode and RFID identification layer.
With reading points, mobile terminals and operational screens, receiving, sorting, loading and transfer steps became more controlled and measurable.
