BOER Bilişim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“BOER”) attaches importance to the protection of personal data. This notice explains the processing of personal data through boer.com.tr, contact and project request forms, and business, quotation or support requests submitted to BOER under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal Data Processed
Depending on your use of the website and communication channels, BOER may process name/contact person, company, telephone, email, request or message content, subject, source page and technical security/log information. Please do not submit special categories of personal data unless specifically requested.
3. Purposes
Data is processed to receive and respond to requests, evaluate product/solution/project needs, manage quotation and contract processes, provide after-sales support and service communication, manage customer relations, protect information and system security, comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or protect legal rights.
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Data may be collected through web forms, email, telephone, meetings and technical website logs, by automated or non-automated means forming part of a data filing system. Depending on the activity, processing relies on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK, including necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of a right and BOER’s legitimate interests without harming fundamental rights and freedoms. Where explicit consent is required for a separate activity, it is obtained separately.
5. Transfers
Where necessary, data may be shared with BOER’s hosting, email, IT, backup, security, technical service and consultancy providers, relevant project/business partners where required to deliver the requested service, and authorized public authorities. Any transfer abroad, where required, is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable legislation, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the processing conditions cease to exist.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may request information about whether and how your personal data is processed, its purposes and recipients, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where conditions apply, notification of such actions to recipients, objection to adverse results arising solely from automated analysis and compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. Applications
You may submit requests in writing to BOER Bilişim San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Merkez Mah. Çavuşbaşı Cad. No:82, Çekmeköy / Istanbul, Türkiye, or through other application methods permitted by Turkish data protection legislation, including registered electronic mail, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or an email address previously provided to and registered with BOER.
